    There are some that are coming online right now for around $165k. Unique design w a loft area for a bedroom, but should be real good for game day use. I think 3 of the 6 are already sold with more units planned. Sarah R at Overstreet Properties has them listed

    I had a booth there selling cutting boards and coasters- setting up at 5:30 was great- but having to rush to pack up in a downpour was NOT fun. Wood products and water isn’t the best combination 😆

    I was surprised that they have seemingly been relocated to Oxford. Had the opportunity to go Hotty potty during the state championship games a few weeks ago. added- our fans ringing hundreds of cowbells in that stadium during Starkville highs game was very satisfying.

    3 teams were there for soccer JCJC Holmes Northwest great talent in MS still.

    JCJC women's soccer just won National Championship

    Mississippi had 3 of the 12 teams out there. JCJC also beat Northwest, Northwest beat Holmes (x2), and JCJC gave Northwest their only regular season loss. My daughter plays on Northwest’s team and it was fun watching when these 3 teams took turns playing. High drama in them :)
