There are many more hotels in Morgantown now than there were the last time WVU and Rutgers played. You can usually find lodging now without too much trouble.

$750 is just the serious/immediate needs assistance for folks. The hurricane survivors could be eligible for many different types of assistance on top of that. People make it sound like $750 is the only assistance available to people.
