This all was starting with a lot of colleges well before COVID-19. Correct when you say this will happen with more colleges. Better make sure kids look at endowments before they decide on a school.

Ball has to hit the ground or returning player before becoming recoverable by the kicking team. Has to travel 10 yds before kicking team can recover unless touched by a returning player.
