My belief is that with the new playoff format adding an additional game; that the compromise was that Catholic (non public) schools would not be bumped up more than 1 additional class after the multiplyer.

the proposal that I have stood by is that private schools should only be allowed to enroll kids that walk to their schools
all parking lots should be eliminated outside of those dedicated to staff.
