As with anything, less is more with a quality product. A Wally World steak can be deep-fried for all I care. Can't knock the olive oil instead of butter- either one accents the flavor. Fresh herbs for sure though- don't use dry ones on a quality steak (or ever, when possible). Damn, I'm hungry
