    Back in the day when I was a White Hat. I don’t think the rule has changed. Encroachment on the defense is when they enter the neutral zone. Contact does not have to be made. The neutral zone is 11 1/2 inch width of the football. The play is live it is not a dead ball foul.

    In THE JUNGLE kick off is always at 7:30 pm. On Friday night. The reason is the sidewalk machine operators gets off at 6:45 pm.
