Davis may be good, but does he fit the culture we are trying to build? Did I hear that he wanted guaranteed shots? That’s not what we need a 1 year merc that wants a lot of money and shots. Arkansas can have him.
I get it trust me. But end the end when your talking millions it ultimately doesn't matter. He is going to live a good life no matter what choice he makes, he will not be hurting for money. Money doesn't buy happiness, we all know that but that's all anyone cares about these days.
And those tournament lights seemed a little too bright. Skills are obviously there, but is he physically and mentally ready for the lights, life and grind of the NBA.
YES been off that train since 2019. Once he forgot how to be hungry and humble, the very things he preached when he first came here. We have our program back, and i think alot of people are feeling that too.
I didn't project anything, just stated a fact. feelings do change, Do you not anything any of these players might feel different about him after POSSIBLY not being informed of him leaving?
I'll just add on to this by saying he clearly let the lights of the tournament get to him. The lights in the NBA only get brighter and the completion better.
