    the one the NCAA issued on 1/11 regarding 2 transfers. Tez was enrolled on 1/9. Is there something about this you do not understand?

    I think there are a few things lost on this thread 1- he was already enrolled at UNC when the rule was passed. 2- all coaches left Kent State
