    Goodale gotta go. Hes done all he can. They will out a statue of him in the building but this is the same stuff year in and year out. So boring. Doesn't develop national title contenders and barely makes AA anymore. If he's a true RU guy he steps down after the year.

    If Rutgers wants to spend money there are a handful of coaches that would cost big money but would instantly turn the program back in the right direction. Hahn, Grey, Jaegers, Pendleton or Green are a few. Maybe Cunningham. But if money won't be spent then a top 20-30 is where RU is.

    Two AA's....gotta love it....but this is the ceiling for RU with Goodale at the helm. He should get a statue....but a change us needed for the next step. You need atleast 2 national Champs on staff to recruit in this climate. Congrats to RU on another great year.
