    you are correct. As long as there is a complete interview process and he is a viable candidate, nothing would break the rules. UMC is a part of Ole Miss but operates separately on a separate budget with separate administrators, especially if his position is not a teaching faculty position...

    He has enough range (can hit college-range 3) and is a force around the basket. He has really good speed for a 6'10" guy, a 7'5"+ wingspan, great hands/handle for a guy his size (was a guard in 9th/10th grade), and reads the game well.
