Another classic Breschi late season collapse. The offense is completely anemic and showed no adjustments to counter Cuse’s defensive scheme. Really frustrating to watch Breschi’s teams that have plenty of talent but no toughness.
10 seconds left in the third quarter and our attackman is lackadaisically holding the ball and wandering backward toward midfield. Just so lazy and unaware of the urgency of the situation. We don’t move with purpose on offense and I hate it.
Sure, but bunting is fundamental. A hitter in the starting lineup of the #2 team in D1 college baseball should at least know that you don’t dip the barrel like that on a bunt. The man has a scholarship.
Why are players these days so awful at bunting??? I was always taught to keep the barrel above the knob and use your legs to move up and down to get the bat on the ball. That way you don’t pop it up. Is that just not taught anymore? Good grief.
