    Regarding the stimulus qualification:
    Any idea of the cut off date for when they will determine who qualifies?
    My family AGI was $200k in 2019 but $145k in 2020. So I think I would qualify if 2020 AGI is used. But I haven’t filed my taxes yet... will do ASAP but just wondering when might be too late? If they use the April 15th tax deadline, that would be great

    Hey man. Hate you got this. I know generally about this suit because I know others that got one but not all the details. I assume you got notice that your IP provider got a subpoena for your info and you need to object to them providing it and try and get the subpoena quashed. I’m a business lawyer and don’t work much in litigation. There is another lawdawg on here who posts a lot (just lawdawg nothing else in his username). He’s a good dude and works for a Jackson law firm. He’s been following this case. PM him and I bet he’ll give you some better free advise. Good luck

    Hey man, I’m concerned about this subpoena because I have no experience with anything like this. Do you happen to have any general or specific advice? I’m assuming you’re a lawyer due to your username. Do you happen to have any expertise in this area? Or know someone I should speak with?
