    No it’s not. It’s a very small portion of the budget. Entitlements are by far the biggest portion. Those alone make up more than 50% of the budget. Interest is the second highest line item. Defense is third.

    I live pretty far up in NE Miss. What was left of Katrina was the strongest hurricane remnant I have ever seen here. We actually had a bit of damage from wind around. I don't think that had ever happened with a tropical system here.

    It was not designed to hold blocks for very long at all. That was the whole purpose of it. He almost never had linemen that were capable of holding blocks, so that's what he and Mumme set out to do from the start, get the ball out in space in a hurry to try to negate that handicap. It worked...
