The answer's no, right? You don't want to help at all, do you? I understand. No way you'd want to take my quick 11-question survey about college football fans' viewing habits, linked below, so that I can get a broader cross-section of responses. I get it, I really do. Don't even know why I...
Dear fellow Memphians, two things:
1) Isn't it nice to live in the greatest city in America?
2) I'm doing a book signing and discussion Thursday night at 6 at The Booksellers at Laurelwood there off Poplar in East Memphis. I'd love to see you there. It's sort of the last hurrah, event-wise...
Greetings, SixPackers.
If you live in or around Jackson, there's an event Monday that I think might interest you. At 6:30 at the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum, I'll be part of a discussion with former Mississippi State basketball players Bailey Howell, Doug Hutton and Larry Lee...
Nope, nope, that's on us. I just looked. Somehow in the transfer to the new website, I guess, some of the PayPal options we had chosen have since disappeared. I'll try to get it fixed.

Yes, that's exactly it. PayPal doesn't offer an option to define the field, so you just need to add it there in the comment to the seller.
To be doubly sure, if you'd like, follow it up with an email to [email protected].

You know there's no such thing as a free lunch.
I should've noted that, of course, the Kiwanis thing is private. Though, I dunno. Maybe these are welcoming Kiwanians? And is that the term for a Kiwanis member? I live in Memphis and am a Memphian, so I'm going with that.
Thanks for your plans...
So...
A) Has anyone here read the book yet? Curious to hear your feedback. Unless it's bad, of course. Then you can just keep it to yourself, right?
B) If you're in Tupelo Friday, I'm speaking to the Kiwanis at noon and I'll be at Reed's Gum Tree Books from 3:30 to 5. Come by.
C) Jackson-area...
Hey, y'all, I'm back to shamelessly promote my book, "Champions for Change: How the Mississippi State Bulldogs and Their Bold Coach Defied Segregation." Thanks for putting up with me.
I've added another event to the upcoming weekend in Starkville: I'll be at Strange Brew Coffeehouse from 2 to 5...
'Champions for Change' by Kyle Veazey
Hi. I’m Kyle Veazey. You may remember me. A few years back I covered Mississippi State sports for a newspaper out of Jackson called The Clarion-Ledger. I know that The C-L’s coverage of MSU is rarely a topic on this board, so I understand if you are not...
