    Weak based on Crete standards... They played those big 3 in the first 3 weeks (Brother Rice is 2-6, yes in the CCB, but still 2-6) but have some mop up games against some less than stellar teams the rest of the year. Only other playoff team in their week 4-9 is RC who has a forfiet and 2 wins...

    The 38th point for Crete was from RC's Week 9 forfiet not from week 1-8 so they are still tied after 8 weeks of play (technically Crete should be down 1 point due to IN school already playing 9 games)... They are only looking at points from RE/Kankake, LWE, and then hoping for RS or Bloom wins...

    Umm Peoria High scoring has been beaten twice this year and they don't even play the toughest team in their conference in Normal Community. 6A South comes down to the top 4 teams and I think any of those 4 can give a North Champ a run for their money... See 6A 2016 championship...

    Usually a 1 seed hosts 3 of 4 rounds unless you have ESL who is the most underrated 5+ seed every year in your bracket... 1 seed will most likely be on road week 2 or 3. Last year both 6A 1 seeds would have been home 3 out of 4 weeks if Lemont would have won in the quarters

    So where should I go Week 1?

    Take a drive south of 80 and check out the Peoria vs Normal West game. Peoria is the reigning champs who returns a backfield that is as legit as it gets vs a Normal West team who played them about as close as anyone last year and is returning 14-16 starters from last seasons squad.
