    OT: Old Bay closing

    Truly sad to see the place go. It was one of the first bars around where you could get "micro" brews back in the day. I remember sitting upstairs with my buddies, listening to the live music and scoping out the talent down below. Had some great times there.

    Time to start planning for this weeks tailgate... Go RU

    We're doing our combined Clambar/ Pig Roast in the Blue lot. Just ordered 400 Little necks, checking to see who's got the best deal on shrimp and oysters.The pig is about 100 lbs. I'm working on the rest of the sides and accompaniments now. Weather looks good, so it should be a great day.

    Any cigar smokers in the house?

    For my money the Monte Cristo #2 torpedo is one of the best cigars around. Not too expensive and consistently an awesome smoke. Nice easy draw and full of great flavor.

    OT: Grand Cayman spring break ***update*** Kimpton, restuarants

    +1 on Lone Star, great margaritas and local place to hang. The Wharf is a great ocean front place. Really good food and great cocktails and wine list. They used to feed the tarpon dockside, it was really cool. Deckers is also a good casual place. Try the Blood orange mojitos, they are deadly good!
