    I work with guys from Texas and it's great talking about college football with them. They really know everything about every team in the country including Rutgers which they have nothing bad to say about in recent years. It's really different than having a conversation with someone in the Northeast.

    Didn't SI Newhouse, the owner of the Star Liar and huge supporter of Syracuse, write an editorial about how Rutgers will never have big time football before he died. I think it was around 2014. Does anyone remember that?

    They've always been critical of Rutgers no matter what Rutgers does, win or lose. Politi absolutely despises Rutgers. Even when Rutgers is doing great, if he praises Rutgers, it's a backhanded compliment.
