The K-Shaped Economy Is Turning College Football Into a Snake That’s Eating Itself

After taking a sh*t in your outhouse, lit by candles, you can jump into your horse and buggy and use the dirt roads (likely flooded Out) to the general store to buy your daily perishables, because you have no Refrigeration due to lack of electricity. Put otherwise, welcome to the 20th century...

The wisdominess of PK's move from Nike to Adidas is working wonders:

Nike products are made by slave labor in countries practicing genocide. Any entity affiliated with them is evil.

Why do you idiots care about what happens in 18-24 year old professional football. The game you enjoyed is gone. Never coming back. There is no “Dear Old State” anymore. Just large market teams and smaller market teams. Enjoy the game, not the team, which is Totally transient.

While Definitely some Hits, Lots of misses, not just from the NFL perspective but also from being productive college quarterbacks. Penn State Is well represented in the latter list. FC: Perfect summary of the state of CFB….

The mistake is not watching the game For it’s pure enjoyment. Don’t care about the team, its history or anything. Or where you want to school. Don’t make it personal. Watch the game if it’s interesting to you and worthy of investing your time and money.

    FC/OT: B1G issues BIG payout…

A super league for football is inevitable. The money is too great to pass up. Maybe something like the non-US global soccer structure, with relegation. The question is how to do it in a way that doesn’t violate anti-trust laws and in a way that respects the history of the 2nd tier schools...

'26 NFL Draft Day 2 thread

Can you fix a mental thing? Steve Blass, Chuck Knochloch, Steve Sax. Plenty of QBs have been derailed by the mental side of the game and the inability to fix “happy feet”. That is what separates them, not physical skills.
