    I would expect some problems in changing to a new offense. Personnel being a big one. We have no TEs and not enough RBs. I would expect next year to be a drop off as we attempt to adjust the roster and as the players adjust to the new scheme.

    OK...season W/L projections in Pirate's first season?

    7-5 absolute ceiling and super unlikely. Could easily hit the floor of 3-9. Will be hard to get his offense going here before year 3. We do not have his QB, WRs, or OL. We lose all of our proven stars. Gay, Thompson, Dantzler, Cole, Rivers, Hill. Hard to see much offense or defense.

    How does LD Starkville compare to LD Columbus? I have never been to the original in Starkville. In Columbus the ribs are bad and the pulled pork is inconsistent, but never great. The Columbus LDs are serviceable restaurants where you can get ok food if you are careful about what you order.

    I have never had a meaty rib at the Rendezvous. I have never had a particularly tasty rib at the Rendezvous. I was completely unsurprised to learn that they are grilled, not smoked and therefore are not bbq at all.

    Please stop with the "home for him" stuff. It may be a lot closer, but New Brunswick is 350 miles from Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is a lot closer to Cleveland or Morgantown than anywhere in Jersey. If you were from Starkville, would you consider Thibodaux, LA "home"?
