    years ago there was also a high school (located very close to Quigley South) named Little Flower. I would be very surprised if anyone else remembers it. My Alma Mater, St. Francis DeSales use to play them every year. So sad, many privates gone. Alot of the all girls schools also.

    by the way I knew I did well in 1a-4a but didn't expect to hold on, especially after my 5a total. I was very surprised after I entered the results for 8a.

    I'am just saying the IHSA has gone after the private schools with a vengeance over the years,ie: multiplier, going away from 1-32 seeding for a few years in 7a and 8a and finally "the success factor, whatever that is. So they should be as equally even handed in weeding out these VERY...

    The IHSA should only allow 4 CPL teams in the playoffs every year. They are by and large an embarrassment and screw up the brackets every year.
