    Yanks on a pace to win over 100 games. Remember all those articles in the offseason gushing over all the great moves the Red Sox had made, how much they had improved themselves and were now perhaps the AL East favorites? Well, entire coaching staff has been purged.

    That's why the Joe DiMaggio for Ted Williams trade was supposedly floated. Because Joe D, as a right-handed batter, would've raked with the Green Monster there, while Williams, as a left-handed batter, would've had even more HRs than he did with the short right-field wall in Yankee Stadium.
