    That's big for Stanford! I despise the portal (at least in it's current form..."chumming" for more money). Some guardrails in NCAA Portal rules need to be established. It's an unmitigated mess...basically the wild west!

    I see a world where BOTH fit in the lineup...WAY TOO MUCH TALENT not to have both in the lineup starting as soon as 2027-2028 James may be a career 174 while Henckel will likely move to 184 after next year... A lot of very talented overlap from 157-197 and only 1 is graduating after next...

    Think that was a "brick" stoppage VERY BAD STOPPAGE They are supposed to allow significant action carry out before stopping to review. They screwed that match up...Period

    Simple... They have screwed the pooch all year on the "reaction time" which is a relatively new addition. Eventually, it will be like the NFL with a completed catch where you had to catch it, survive the ground, carry it with you to the sideline, and then carry it home to sleep with before it...

    I have been a ref for 35 years (albeit not an NCAA ref). I don't think wholesale rule change is necessary at all...I think they need to focus on stalling as a "point of emphasis" and by simple examples start calling it more effectively. What I HATE is watching a match where one guy is taking...
