    We should recall that we did make it to the final of the Confederation Cup (a tourney the year before the World Cup used as a test run) and had a 2-0 lead at half vs Brazil a few years back.     Their best chance was the first one in 1930, where they finished third. And don't let the semifinal score fool you as one player was playing on a broken leg (this was before red cards), as Argentina was rather violent.

    Well, "Oz" (it's name back then) made a huge difference for me. I needed a smaller campus to make the jump to UP easier--and it saved a lot of money as my dad was out of work during my first two years. Spent a fair bit of time in that building playing hockey.

    I've been a subscriber since 1972. Donated much i\of my collection to PSU libraries. They have a specialized SF room (and had a faculty member, Philip Klass (aka William Tenn) who was a genre writer).

    "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!" They also did one of the most heart-breaking shows ever done on a comedy, when they did a show on The Who concert disaster in Cincy.
