    Screw Carriker he promoted and sold tickets on his website to what ended up being scam. He then took no responsibility for the thousands of dollars people lost that they paid directly to his website. Then whenever anyone would ask him about it he would block them.

    I always say I do the keto diet but its more of a dirty keto/low carb diet. I usually stick to under 20 net carbs per day. I don't really count anymore just stick to meats, cheese, green vegetables, pecans or almonds. The problem I have with keto is like the OP said it has to be a lifestyle...

    It's too bad cops everywhere are going to be reluctant to defend themselves until they are shot. There is lots of piece of **** cops but they make up a small minority.
