    ^ Agree, which is why stated that the staff should concentrate on players within the B1G footprint that they can watch on a repeated basis and have strong relationships with their coaches as opposed to players they only see a few times in tournaments and such.

    SEC schools have been pouring $$ into their BB programs whether that be in coaching hires or $ for players. The advantage that most SEC schools have is that they don't quite have the breathe of varsity programs that most B1G schools support, so they can funnel more $ to the 2 revenue programs.

    Been stating this for years and adding women's crew would also help the men's club team.
