They have had that poll for many years. It’s an algorithm created by Kevin Hastings. I commented on it several years ago and was told it’s his poll and he stands by it. I just ignore it.

Why wouldn’t the Crest QB be back on the field for the next series? He got an unsportsmanlike penalty. No different than any of those unsportsmanlike calls made during the game on other players, and neither coach pulled them from the game. Why would Crest pull their quarterback? Taunting gets a...

It was definitely a tackle from behind by the defender.

I don’t know what game MG South was watching, but this game was a toss up with 4-5 minutes to play. Without the turnovers it could’ve gone either way.

    Kings Mountain @ Shelby predictions

KM has that phenom freshman QB everyone is talking about and apparently a really solid defense. Shelby looks to have an explosive offense and very solid defense, but it’s breaking in a new quarterback. So we could see some early season miscues but this should be a very good game.

Forecast for Saturday at 1pm. Partly cloudy and 81 degrees. 84 degrees at 3 pm. Sounds ok to me. You know the A.D. picked 1 PM to try to avoid evening thunderstorms. Looks like it could be a good decision.

He would not have seen playing time on varsity at Crest or Burns this season. Typical new generation kid looking for instant gratification. Should be 365’d in Cleveland County for moving back and forth. His best chance to play varsity football this season is in Rutherford county. TJ always...

I’ve seen the Crest/WH film. Crest scored twice. Thompson and Battle scored

Based on Jamboree performances, all 4 should have solid QB play.
