    Aurora is scary. Top 3 QB in state, talented skill group and underrated offensive line. But the thing that makes them extremely difficult to game plan for is their offensive scheme. Almost impossible to get pressure because ball is out so quick. Scheme, plus extremely talented 6'6" left...

    Dickerson from Westside, Maessner from Kearney and Burkes from Omaha Burke all looked the part in shorts and t-shirts at first Friday Night Lights Camp. All looked like D-1 guys.

    I think with NC dropping to Class C-2, that Class C-1 is wide open. U could make a case for six or seven teams. Have to put Aurora near the top of the list with drop from Class B and difference maker at QB. Pierce will be much improved, played a bunch of young kids last year. Both Wahoo...

    You can't discount momentum heading into the state tournament. Although Boone I'm sure would have been fine with the tournament starting on Feb. 27. I think the 10 days off actually plays against the Cardinals, but it still would not surprise me to see them playing Saturday morning at Pinnacle
