    That’s actually not true. It’s a misconception with creatine. The more it’s been studied, it’s proven it actually builds water retention. Creatine reduces risks of cramping and dehydration. That’s why Peterson and his camp is FOS or just stupid.

    This is scientifically false. I take 15 grams per day with heavy running/lifting activity and it actually helps recover the muscles. I have zero cramping issues.

    UK needs to build a new arena. Nobody cares about Rupp arena anymore. It’s old as a dinosaur and recruits these days have no idea (or care) who Rupp even is.
