    Disappointed to see him go, but at some point coaches have to draw a line in the sand. If he’s still on scholarship and presumably still attending class, Beamer could deny him the redshirt year, tell him to finish out the year, or reimburse the school for tuition and NIL payments.

    The commentators kept talking about the future upside and Eli Ellis. The uglier this season gets the more doubt I have that he or any other valuable player will stick with this program.

    It wouldn’t do anything, it would fall on deaf ears. Unfortunately for us our team is just sloppy. They have their bright spot moments, before it all crumbles down. You’d imagine the team would figure a way to break the cycle.
