    Malachi is not a perimeter big. I think he'll work on some post moves, strength, and his hands this off-season. That said, I'd be happy if we bring in a backup center who can do all the 5-out stuff.

    Amazing basketball IQ and someone I'd love to see coach our defense. Not sure if he'd clash with Pope like he did with his HCs in the league, but that's something to consider.     Kam should be a starter and so should Malachi. Leaves us a PG and PF to nab alongside a SG (unless Collin takes a massive leap forward in his development in the off-season. Work on that handle and your first move off the bounce, CC!).

    In three days, we can start hearing even better news as guys jump on the roster. Hopefully. Maybe. I need Pope to figure out his other assistant, though. Going into portal season short-staffed when you're already handicapped as a recruiter isn't a recipe for success.

    I don't condemn anyone for liking any player. That said, if anyone came in with more hype and fell flat the worst, it was Garrison. Built like Tarzan, played like Jane, but would do stupid stuff all the time while trying to be tough. I couldn't stand it and I just felt like he was a weak link...
