    Went almost 2 years ago. Fantastic trip. Same kind of things you did. Black sand beaches, volcanos, amazing waterfalls, hidden hot springs, glacier hikes etc. Light outside almost the entire day when we went so no northern lights. Stayed in Vik for a night as well as Reykjavik.

    We seem to believe we get screwed in rankings in any sport we are competitive in (ie. Lacrosse), but I've never heard anyone wonder if their "peers/writers" just don't like those coaches. Wonder why?

    Good point. Playing at the park or on your street is free. Professionalized and structured costs $$. The Jones' kid has a personal trainer all year around for their 14 month old, so now I have to as well or I'm not giving my kid the same chances. I wonder how much that plays into it.
