    Express grain bankruptcy

Exactly. The situation described by JLS is really only applicable for floating liens and fungible collateral, and even then, JLS's proposed fix is still inappropriate. There are certain rights afforded to suppliers/vendors in bankruptcy (for example, 503(b)(9) claims) that mitigate against this...

    Express grain bankruptcy

Secured creditors don't get paid before vendors/supplies or other unsecured creditors in bankruptcy. Secured creditors are entitled to their collateral (or cash equivalent if the collateral is sold in the bankruptcy) and to the extent they are undersecured - meaning the debt they hold is in...

    This might interest Jackson-area golfers...

I played it last October. Perfect shape and such a fun course. Nothing like it in Mississippi.

    This might interest Jackson-area golfers...

The "natural" and "minimalist" terms are used a lot, and can be construed in a way that puts in them misnomer territory. I didn't intend to suggest Sweetens was a SE TN Carne Golf Links, created by nature with little to no intervention. Just that the result is distinct from modern parkland...

    This might interest Jackson-area golfers...

Just my two cents: While this may seem underwhelming, both from a site perspective and the odd hole number, it's actually pretty damn awesome if it actually happens. King Collins (the architectural group) are the guys behind Sweetens Cove in TN. Sweetens has become a cult golf phenomenon and...

Looks like Keenum must be a teetotaler...

This is exactly it people. I have no doubt we will be selling alcohol in the near term, but there would be a high probability of poor execution if they tried to roll it out for football season.

    Hard to compete with this

That's the implication. Difficult to imagine a high school kid driving a $50k truck otherwise. But I honestly don't know, his parents could be rich.

    OT: Omaha Steaks

If you're wanting to purchase premium beef (dry aged, waygu, etc.) and you don't have a good local option, look at Snake River Farms and Creek Stone Farms. Both ship anywhere in the United States. It will cost you, but you're getting really good stuff.
