    Elif is just too slow. You cannot press effectively with her in the game. Also slow getting up and down the floor. She plays the post pretty well but is too slow to guard anybody. Don't ever see her starting for us.

    Let's say we are down one point, have the ball, and there are 15 seconds left in the game. Who do you give the ball to? Who do you want to take the shot? There is no good answer to that, and that is the problem. Hate to say it, but if we had HVL, we would be a top 10 team.

    I fear Imari Berry will be our next Payton Velhurst. She is shooting 44% on 3's (way better than any other player) is very athletic, and hustles. I don't think she was overated as a 5*, but she is getting very little playing time.

    We lost the top 2 female basketball players to Notre Dame and LSU. I could understand this if volleyball and basketball were mediocre, but both are among the best in the nation.
