He is the head coach so everything that goes wrong is his fault. A true leader would have said something along the lines of: I didn't do a good enough job of explaining to our offensive staff that being creative is a key component to being successful in this league.
If Frost truly only has one or maybe two more years he doesn't have the time to let somebody else come in and coordinate their own offense unless it is very similar to what he's running now.
