    At an OK level and transferring from WVU just means another ho hum nothing to see here transfer. WVU isn't what it used to be, and even then it wasn't special. In my book we need someone that can be starting material. Why should we be excited about a guy who couldn't cut the mustard at WVU?

    Pitt, Syracuse, UNC, and Duke wouldn't add that much to the B1G. They are just a bunch of what I used to call as a kid, "beat ons".

    Embarrassing...

    It took my uncle (Earle Bruce) 4 years to turn Iowa State around. They were the Big 8's version of the 70's NU. NU now has a name that will get kids interested, at least on the offensive side of the ball. Kelly should bring a new dynamic look to the offense, that will get kids thinking about NU.

    The MAC has seen better days, as Ball State should be used as a tune up game, and to let the 2nd string guys get real game time experience.

    The only reason they were that high was they were both the reigning champs, and Ohio State. Miami will probably lose their next game. Ole Miss or Georgia will pound them. The Hurricanes didn't look so hot either, as OSU just stunk.

    I have been saying this for at least a couple seasons that we needed an innovative HC or OC to get the kids coming in. I wasn't the only one either!!!! We will attract some real quarterbacks for a change!!!!! Yeah Baby!!!!! Siked for '26 and '27 now!!!!
