Except for the NC final, bowl locations for playoff games need to go. Higher seed should have home field advantage until the final. Final can rotate between the Rose, Sugar & Orange if they want to toss a bone to the bowls.

These are all horrific events. I wouldn't spend too much energy worrying what is/isn't referred to as a terror attack.
