Now that Damore has passed, Johnny Morris is oldest living Bear (90).
And yes, Morris is still all time leading Bears receiver in yardage.
I'll say one thing...
This thread is the first time in my life I've ever heard it referred as "Loyola High" or "Loyola High School" lol.
LA Class of 80.
I remember meeting him at a meet the team night (remember those?). He was a real nice guy. What struck me was how long his legs were. Guessing he was 6-5 or 6-6. I'm 5-10 but it seemed like our torsos were the same size LOL.
If they move to Hammond (that's a big IF) I won't cancel my Bears STs but I'll only go to a couple games at the new facility and I'll turn the rest. I guarantee the new site won't have easy public transportation or $20 parking options like Soldier Field.
I was told when I bought mine (Loft Club) there was a built in donation, the exact amount had yet to be determined. I specifically asked as I was concerned about getting more priority for parking.
I could be wrong but I think demand for NRF tix will stick around for a while even if we end up tanking (which I don't foresee). The reason being is people will finally realize what they've been missing. Think about this for a minute. This will be the first brand new/start from scratch major...
