    They should use it for RU groups and give it to them for free - let them propose how they would use it. The best ones get picked and compete for a best RU spirit prize. it’s a little risky putting outside paying groups in the middle of the student section.

    I think private surveillance on the scale of Flock is a little concerning but I have no problem with the gov doing it to fight crime.
