    It wasn’t a blanket waiver. It was for athletes whose season was impacted by the COVID pandemic. He wasn’t impacted by the pandemic because he wasn’t eligible to play anyway.

    They have all the evidence they need. He enrolled at UNCC in 2020, became a scholarship student athlete and took a redshirt year because he was academically ineligible. If he didn’t want to start his 5 to play 4 clock, he could have enrolled in a prep school to get eligible.
