    I thought they were pivoting because of the opposition/complaints. Agree land is way, way cheaper, but bringing in the infrastructure dwarfs the deal on the land in many cases.

    I didn’t say that. I said he was not shot with.a .30-06. I don’t claim to know what happened, but it wasn’t that. I suspect it’s more than a simple “you’ve got the wrong guy” thing, but I don’t know. A plausible story would have been nice. Will it get to trial is the question.
