    John Gagliardi has to be in the conversation also if we're straying from FBS, but for me it's JVP. Slighted 68, 69, 73, 94. would have never happened to the Bear or Nick. Nick has the benefit of people looking the other way, processing a roster, NIL, and football support and coaches.

    Just for apples and oranges . Joe lost to Rutgers in Tony Sacca's freshman debut missed a wide open receiver in the end zone. Christian found a wide open Maliga for 70 yards, Christian didn't play at all last year at any level.

    Christian had zero procedures, hit a corner route td, converted some crucial 3rd downs, found a wide open Maliga, ran with guts, and only up by seven took it to 28. No it wasn't Iowa, but he performed surprisingly well, for a QB who hasn't taken a snap in 2 years.
