It was celebrated by a staff that doesn’t demand discipline. So yes it’s a problem. They want to be liked and not respected. Most of the coaches don’t mesh with the modern day skill player so they try and be liked by acting buddy buddy in practice. No discipline. You still don’t see it? Lol
