    I am at curious optimism. I’m hoping they found the recipe. Very good coaching can sometimes mask the obvious problems. I will watch every game because that is what I (we) all do. Go Big Red!

    One additional thing, if you are going to coach, you need thick skin. Once you start worrying about what everybody is saying, you’re done. Do it your way, do it the right way, sit back and enjoy the game. it has taken me many, many years to understand this.
