Nebraska Should Be Recruiting Arizona

I live in the west valley of Phoenix and while there is not tons of talent there is talent that would help the program. My guess is that there are 10 legitimate D-1 players in Phoenix and another 5 throughout the state. ASU and UA don't get them all, maybe 4-6. The rest go out of state. It...
