    Penn St. special teams won that game. Armstrong is not even close the caliber of QB Barrett is.

    I agree Armstrong inconsistency keeps the offense from ever having any rhythm. Its been that way all season. I think Riley should have given some other QBs more snaps earlier in the year, now you have to go with Armstrong.

    I was impressed with Wisconsin's qb. He made some amazing throws. Wisconsin played a great game.
