Don’t listen to the haters. The architecture is amazing, so walk aimlessly as much as possible. The people are friendlier than they are given credit for - just try to speak a little French and smile and be gracious and it’s all good. And the food and drink are slowly served and worth the wait.
None of those but equally in the obnoxious category, drive an M4. It sounds like someone threw a wolverine into a garbage disposal when I start it, and that’s not in sports mode. It’s super fun to drive. Maybe that makes me a “fug stick.” I don’t actually care.
Agreed. Memories is an all time classic track and the whole album is awesome. I’d rate it much higher than 20 year old men ringing their cowbells like a bunch of sissies. (Trying to stay on the topic of the thread.)

Fun - get your hotel to recommend a guide and go saltwater fishing; visit Ten Thousand Island state park on the water, again with a guide - other worldly; the botanical gardens is good if you are in to such things;
Beaches - i think they are better on marco island, but not...
Here’s the thing. Sometimes you are dealing with a Palmeiro, sometimes a Grisham. When the latter, you hold your nose, convince yourself that placating him actually comports with your own objectives, and then do what you have to do. And then you cash the checks. Happens all the time...
