To give you detail about that story, as I understand it, Guido D'Alia coined the term "Success With Honor." It was not ever protected. Guido did it for Joe and PSU. Jay then went out and trademarked it (pissing off some people close to him). But what was worse, he then handed it over to and became parters with a guy who was instrumental in how things went down "way back when."
