    Not to mention 3 qualifiers. The D1 that NENEB referenced last year also had 3 (All of which played in 3 btw). South Loup may very well have qualified but caught up in a numbers crunch and never got the chance. IIRC they were like #8 and in a bunny bracket. I'd say both qualify as "stacked".
