    Ray is incompetent but Frank Martin was right: this job stinks in the eyes of college coaches. I’ll pull for Lamont, of course, but he’ll follow every other UofSC coach…into TV, if lucky. Let’s hope our baseball program doesn’t follow suit.

    The problem is that there are 5 SEC Coach openings and we are 4th in line. FL, LSU, Miss St, us, then Mizzou. Tanner needs a grand slam hire, but I agree with you, we are more likely to get a Richey or up-and-comer.

    UNCG reliever was throwing 96 for 4 innings. He was awesome. I’ll wait to light my torch until after Clempson. Braswell could be special. Big hit in the 9th for confidence.
