    I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to tell a Family member or spouse that their loved one has been killed or paralyzed by a DD. Too many. It’s soul crushing to watch what happens. It’s a completely preventable problem. I’ve never understood why it hasn’t been taken more seriously.
